With the D 968.1000 ZO B 900 the
Benchmark machine series is completed upwards. All clamping
forces ranging from 2,500 kN - 11,000 kN* are since available.
A machine with a working height of 900 mm only and injection
volumes up to 22,900 cm³ is unequalled with such compact
dimensions. Not so long ago, it was more difficult to operate
standard machines of 4,000 kN than it is now possible with
this machine of 10,000 kN. Typical of this series are the
exceptionally large strokes.
Moreover, the full-hydraulic
Benchmark clamping system guarantees high rigidity of the
clamping unit. It goes without saying that this new
development is fitted with the latest protective covering
which delivers maximum flexibility for rebuilding or
retrofitting. Its compact overall dimensions is an amazing
property.
