Alpha 100 H

An extremely stable design of the clamping unit with four columns guarantees a minimum of deflections and a precise guiding of platens and hydraulic lifting devices. The models Alpha 100 H and 300 H are particularly suitable for the applications like precision seals, O-rings, gaskets etc. In this case a maximum surface pressure per cm² is available due to compact machine dimensions.

Ergonomic machine design combined with a wide choice of special clamping forces offers you the right solution for every application. Through needle-shaped shut-off cold runner and innovative DESMA-injection moulds, an article production without runners and/or without rework becomes feasible.
