Alpha series is developed for Rubber industry for quality with better economy. Designed with entry level Control and suitable for low level automation. It's capable to handle variety of Semi Automatic demoulding systems. Alpha series has become very popular in few years time.

Hydraulic power pack is of compact capacity for with lower connected loads suitable up to Standard Injection Volumes for respective machine models. For largest Injection volumes, on respective model, refer specs of Delta model.

Our recent introduction of 500 kN rubber injection moulding with four column design is developed for catering ever increasing customers need of price v/s. performance for manufacturing small articles like O rings, seals, diaphrams, grommets, capacitor bungs etc.

	Further economy is possible through Mechanical Ejector devices having proximity sensors.
	Linear movements are measured with potentiometer transducers.
